My complaint:
I Made reservation for grandson 1 month in advance. was told it would be $281.00, KSWGKLDKY4. My grandson checked in and was told can’t use mine cause I had AARP on it. You gave him a room on his debit card, Jiremiah Stahl, and charged him $356.98. They then charged my card $200. I called them and said that I would like to talk to someone who could help me with a complaint and they hung up on me. I called your Corporate office, they were unable to tell me why I was charged, only that it was a misc. no tax. Report 1540634. It doesn’t appear that anyone is doing anything as I have heard nothing from anyone.
Suggested solution:
I would like to know what the $200 charge on my card was for and a refund for it. I believe this may have been illegal no matter what their reason was. I also feel that they should have honored the original reservation charge as when I looked it up, it was not a discounted fee, it was posted on the internet as the fee.
