My complaint:
April 28 , 2022… Upon arrival I were forced to pay for room in a locked small space, with no air vents preventing air circulation… I explained that I were a travel Agent from Texas. No response. Around three am the wi fi turned off, I called the front office got no reply. I rose the next day, April 29, found roaches in the rest room. I called an explained these issues w the Manger. She came to the room requesting to see that the wifi wasn’t working, I had it screens screen shot showing proof at three different times of no wifi. She said she would refund the money while walking away . I went to the front office. Where I were told to wait til Monday May 1st. I explained that I couldn’t wait til Monday the front desk worker called the police on me wow as if I were wrong when I simply asked for a refund.
Suggested solution:
The money spent on the room plus any interest gained or paid.
