My complaint:
I’ve stayed at your motel several times and then I noticed I wasn’t refunded my incidental fee. I was told I can no longer stay there but not given a reason. I’ve called there a few times and left messages to manager and he has yet to return my calls.
Suggested solution:
I want my incidental fee back and need to know why I can’t stay there. I didn’t break any rules and always clean.
