My complaint:

I’m a regular in my local store mainly on a Sunday. Today 20.11.22 I was approached by a security guard when leaving to see me recioept.i said I don’t have one as the till crashed after I paid by card. I offered him over to the self service till tonask to check the till roll but he said he couldn’t move from his post.he said he see I didn’t take a receipt when I paid.well surely if he was watching me he would have seen me use my card.he was not goin to let me leave without a receipt. By now there’s a crowd gathering and I’m horrified and mortified..my heart was thumping…I’d already told him that the till had crashed.lucky for me the assistant that was sorting out the self service till that had crashed verified to the security guard that I had paid.he didn’t even look at me or opologise for the way he spoke or his behaviour towards.thre embarrassment and rudeness is something I will not get over likely. Its tea time now and the events of this afternoon are still with me…..L.ADAMS

Suggested solution:

The security should have listened to me as to what I was saying that the till had crashed so therefore no recioept.
