My complaint:

Firstly, sanitising facilities to the trolleys and the hands were virtually nil upon entering and throughout the store.
After loading our shopping onto the conveyer belt we were informed that it had stopped working and after calling for assistance they offered no help to us to load our shopping . Bearing in mind we are in our mid 80’s we found this quite difficult. On leaving the store and visiting the toilet only to find these were not available at all apart from the disabled. Using this found there to be no toilet paper facilities. Having visiting the store again today found that the sanitising bays were no better on entering the store. One separate container which we could not press down. One toilet also blocked. I would like to point out that at the beginning of this pandemic your store was impeccable in your sanitising with facilties to wipe trolleys before using them whereas other stores did not have this which filled us with confidence. What has happened?!!

Suggested solution:

Just rectify the above as it is unacceptable in this troubling time.
