My complaint:
Fetched some Atora suet today it had sept 2022 on it and it is now its 14th of December 2022. I went to Bolsover store to return it and they just looked at me as if I wasn’t telling the truth .she shown it to a women and just shrugged I’d already Fetched another of shelf she just swapped it ,never said sorry or that they was going to have a look .There can’t be any checks being done as being 3 months out of date .I hope you can help with this matter .

Suggested solution:
A apology would have been nice .Plus the shelfs to be checked .Because some older people can't even see the dates which is not good and dangerous to health.
