My complaint:

VERY POOR SERVICE,[ 1 person only working in the kitchen, VERY COLD FOOD, CUTLERY, CUPS, SPOONS all in FILTHY and stained condition, Ordering machine not working properly at all,
50 minute wait for food, [almost cold on arrival] told it would be changed when possible no time given, our meals were £15 inc a very cool latte, we are morrison customers on a regular basis and at our local store which was not the one we used today we have no gripes at all ever, but this today had it been seen by HEALTH SAFETY it would have been closed, on that point after i and others did complain we were told the cafe was now closed and people turned away from then on at peak lunchtime,we left our food and left the store, i will say the staff took some grief which they didnt deserve and the waitress worked like trogan and kept the area as good as she could, credit to her,
Being OAPs we are disgruntled and spent money [rather wasted money] we cant really afford to do as were sure you appreciate in todays state of our country and we are 100% ENGLISH people and proud of to be so, looking forward to your reply to our complaint and at least re-inburse our monies lost and hope to still be one of your customers [although diminishing during these bad times ] i remain Mr P Brown Cambs, ENGLAND, {no pics NO Mobile sorry}
