My complaint:
My fuel pump went out on my car the first week of October. I they prefer a dealer but can go anywhere if they are called. I live where there isn’t a dealer for miles. The auto place is a certified Chrysler dealer and has worked with mopar. They contacted mopar and denied my claim. They even asked if I went to a dealer would this be covered, and was told no. . I have my plan that says it is covered. People at mopar say they see it is covered. I’m being told it is because my last name is different from my title last name. I started the contract with this name issue and was told it would not be a problem. I still can’t get anyone to help process this claim . It’s in review for the 3 red time . Can you please help me. The goodwill case number is 87539153.the last 8 of vin are kd482640
