Mopar complaint: incorrect for my vehicle based on the VIN

My complaint:

On February 16th, 2024, I placed an order for an Outside Rear-View Mirror, Right with part number 57010098AF. However, I was later informed that the initial part I ordered was incorrect for my vehicle based on the VIN. The order was then updated with the correct part number 68067152AC on February 19th, 2024. I was told that I should receive the order within 5 days after it had been placed. However, as of February 26th, 2024, I still have not received the order, nor have I received a tracking number.

On February 23rd, 2024, I contacted Mopar parts via email to express my concerns. In response, a Moparparts representative communicated with me via email. Unfortunately, this representative was very combative and unprofessional. They completely ignored my questions and refused to investigate the matter.

I am aware that the part is coming from out of state, but there is no reason why the order was never sent out if the part is in stock. This has been a huge inconvenience for me, and I am completely unsatisfied with the service I have received. In fact, I do not think I will ever buy another part through Moparparts again if this is how I am going to be treated.

Suggested solution:

I need the part to be sent out and an investigation to be done on why there is a delay. Also I need to be given a track number and the order needs to expedited.
