My complaint:
When I go to facial recognition it says I already have an account- I don’t! Customer service is automated runaround, on the ticket I last filed, it responded since you didn’t respond, we’re canceling this ticket, when right there on said ticket was my response!! Gave a bad review on Google, so they respond by giving me a fake email to complain to! Give me my money, you thieves!
