My complaint:
I have been trying for over 3 hours to use my points to redeem for a Google play card. When it gets to the prove your human part and takes a pic I continue to get an error. The pic is clear. What is the problem? Can I get a card mailed to me. I have been playing for over 8 months and have not been able to redeem any points for gift cards.
Suggested solution:
I just want to purchase the gift card with my earned points. Obviously!
