My complaint:
I’ve been dealing with this issue for about couple months now being ripped off and not giving me what I clearly earned. I played the loyalty games paid in game purchases and I should’ve received my loyalty gems which I did not receive still to this day!! I am so very upset that I want to write a bad review on every single platform out there! This is just terrible customer service treatment! And I won’t stand for this!!
Suggested solution:
By giving me the loyalty gems that is owed to me that I earned with my hard earned money!!
