Mistplay complaint: Mistplay don’t pay out and weeks to months to respond

My complaint:

Nothing but a trash APP. It was a good APP that paid out but no longer. The customer service is so bad it takes them weeks to months to get back to you. Then when they do they are rude and do and say anything they can not to payout gift cards. Riva the Mistplay employee said I was swearing and lying to them. In her emails to me however anyone can see my emails I sent in her replys and I never did. In fact Riva lied in her emails that I then forwarded to the CEO and human resources at Mistplay and BBB. They have also been banning accounts that request a gift card (scam).

Suggested solution:

Return points i asked for 5 times. Fire Riva. No employees should lie or abuse a customer ever!
