My complaint:
I tried to sign up for mistplay but I was told the application was blocked because it violated their terms of use. I was using a regula galaxy tab tablet at the time. I contacted their support who replied that my account had been blocked for the same reason (although I never actually fot one because I never managed to complete the sign up. I was disgusted to be told, and I quote Specifically, it appears that your account has been deactivated due to device fraud, which means we cannot reactivate your account. This is a blatant accusation of fraud of hgich am completely innocent. I contacted them again and was told they could offer no further assistance for security reasons. I do not mind being refused an account but being unjustly accused of fraud seems like slander ot me.
