My complaint:
I have been housed here at SMCI area2 D1 b zone and my time here I haven’t been able to properly send out a arp.there are no arp boxes here at SMCI.so I am forced to do a ilap request form which I only get called out once a week on a Wednesday to send out a arp this is unconstitutional.there can be a emergency and I might need to send a arp in in a one day process to inform the administration of the emergency and I will have to wait a full week to make a grievance
Suggested solution:
I feel that they should put a arp grievance box in each building just as they have mail and sick calls
