My complaint:
Inmate Kenneth Moody 51638 mailed out legal papers on several occasions including documents for his mother on October 9th of 2022 placed in mail under camera observation at 5:38 pm ,to send to various organizations with proper postage and they were apparently never mailed.
Incidents of this nature have occurred on numerous occasions including many incidents of retaliatory actions, systematic patterns of abuse including physical abuse and denial of medical attention
Suggested solution:
Recorded camera footage needs to be examined by unbiased authorities to assure the information given is indeed correct and that the documents in question are recovered and that no further incidents occur
