My complaint:
I wish to complain about Marshall County Correctional Facility.
I am complaining because of the lack of service, phone call and communication. To resolve this problem I would like you to have the case supervisors and manager follow up.
When I first learned of this problem, I contacted the case manager and supervisor at the facility and not responded to my calls or voicemails or was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because my husband has been working to get trustee status and the case workers are just sitting and collecting a check. I would like a written statement explaining the facility’s position and what you will do about my complaint.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 14 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt. Suggested solution:
Have case managers do their job with placing inmates into jobs and update their timesheets so that they can get credit for their classes and time .
