My complaint:

I received a call from a lady named Sharon with mdoc. I take it she is my case worker because she said she had to do my assessment. She proceeded to ask me personal questions. She suggested residential rehab and I asked if there were other options I could try first. We agreed and she gave me the option to try other things first and then talk about residential rehab if that didn’t work. Then proceed to tell me that’s not what she said and while arguing with her she then told me I was just going to end up in prison anyway. When I told her that was very unprofessional of her she proceeded to tell me I was lying, she didn’t say that. Once I told her I would be filing a complaint on her she then got real friendly. She started talking about other girls she had helped and kept referring to those girls as meth heads and saying things like these girls have no teeth and I could get mine fixed thru rehab and implying that I have no teeth and really being judgemental and belittling me. I thought she Is supposed to be there to help me and not assume, profile and judge me and talk about ppl with drug problems but get them help and motivate them. I just feel she was very unprofessional and telling me I’m just going to end up in prison anyway is not something she should be telling ppl that she is supposed to be there to help.

Suggested solution:

Investigate employee. Teach them what is proper and what isn't. Write up
