My complaint:
My daughter is an inmate 159259 Nicholette Duzant. She called me a few weeks ago and said one of your inmates wanted too use her name to Trafficked Drugs in your prison but she told the girl no. Here today, my daughter called me and said your Prison Office came to her with Legal papers that she supposed to have send with drugs but she did not knew anything about it. They took her too MSU. Now, on the letter my daughter last name was spelled with a B and the handwriting is not hers.
Suggested solution:
Open up an investigation into the young lady who asked to use Nicholette name
Match the handwriting to my daughters
Once this is done move my daughter into another unit.
Finally, do not pass out my daughter Canteen Thursday
If nothing is done , I will be filing a LAWSUIT against Mississippi Corrections. I am tried of my daughter being picked on by your correctional officers. They know my daughter had nothing to do with this situation
