My complaint:
My fiance is incarcerated at emcf an has been for a while they have been without air conditioner for months now an have no windows thats not right an nothing has been done about it at least get windows or something these are humans not animals we gotta do better
Suggested solution:
Fix the air conditioner treat them like people an not animals
