My complaint:
Hi so I recently got a job at Miniso which I applied to on indeed which then followed up by a telephone interview and got given the position straight away which I was happy about then I got there and we had to get the shop organised and make the shop as it wasn’t made and I played a very big role in that, although after the second week of it opening I was enjoying it thinking I was doing a great job I was good on the tills and everywhere else. However from nowhere i was pulled and told that they going to have to let me go because I took 2 sick days off as I was sick so I had to, i did let them know I wasn’t coming in it wasn’t that I didn’t turn up from nowhere, another reason was that I was leaning my arms on the till for 2 seconds, another reason was that apparently I don’t do much on the shop floor, but I don’t understand that either because there was nothing to do barely other than just tidy which I did try to do as much as I possibly could find but it’s hard as there’s so little to do when your not on the tills so that’s why I preferred being on the tills, I can’t understand why I was sacked for the bare minimum of reasons they were looking for sack me for as they weren’t major reasons and I would understand if I was actually doing something wrong but I did not so I think it was very unfair and seemed like a plan that they used me to get the shop together then sacked me for the littlest reasons they could possibly find on me, everyone that worked in the shop did what I did like had days off and the same performance as me on the shop floor but i don’t think they got sacked I feel like there was some sort of personal attack on me I just can’t understand it, it was cruel and absolutely vile of them to do what they did without an actual major reason for them to sack me and it was clearly so unfair because I know I was not in the wrong at all if I could get a reply back regarding this situation I would really appreciate it thank you.

Suggested solution:
By an actual reason for getting sacked and make sure I get paid for what I did atleast.
