Hello Team,
This is in reference to the conversation I had with customercareshopify@minisousa.com I had raised a complaint with them regarding my lost package. 
I have attached the mail chain for your ready reference. I have not received any updates from them and as a last resort I am reaching out to you. I hope my complaint is taken more seriously and that i can expect a resolution by EODAdditionally, Could I get a contact number to get in touch with you?
