My complaint:
On July 2 I bought some items from their website then I wait for the item coming but there’s only one item 10 pieces arrived. After a week there still no tracking number update on the website so I think they’re not shipped so I contact their customer service is it OK I will check for you and then never respond me. Keep contacting them yesterday they when I’m talking to them. They update the tracking number and told me it’s already shipped on 07152021. If I don’t contact them never update the tracking numbers and the package delivered I cannot track the package so that I lost the package.
And ask them what should I do because it’s their systems problem they say they need me to file a claim on UPS but when they contact UPS they say the center the shipper need to contact them because they have a contract with UPS.
Do you know in USA if you online the text messages are always the shipper contacted UPS or FedEx I don’t know what they do.
And when I told them the patch missing a part because I received some part of it they asked me to take a picture of what I’ve got and what the box looks like but it’s already a month they don’t believe me they think I’m cheating on them.
The customer service is so bad I cannot get my money back we need to have the responsibility to update the tracking numbers and responsibility to contact the UPS.
