My complaint:
I cannot get anyone at MetaMask to assist me in getting my BTC back. It was over $15k when withdrawn. It was an error on my part as I did not convert to ETH before sending. I really need help. It This has been going on since 1212022.
Suggested solution:
Find the transaction and return my BTC to my KuCoin account.
