My complaint:
I opened a new account and transferred $700 worth of Etherium over. It never showed up in account, so I decided to reset the wallet on my system. Tried using the recovery phrase to reinstate the wallet, and that doesn’t work either, so now it’s all totally lost.
Suggested solution:
Reinstate the wallet or refund.
