My complaint:
Where is my crypto? Please review attachment. I entered information for Metamask wallet and my crypto never arrived.
Separate incident. It appears I have been hacked. Your wallet configuration is awful. You do not give user friendly instructions nor indicate when wallet is or is not installed correctly.
If I was hacked it was due to your absence and misleading information on installing wallet.
Suggested solution:
I will like $106 and $413 dollars refunded. I will like Metamask to indicate when wallet is installed correctly or incorrectly.
My next actions are to make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, and see follow the advice of Complain.Biz.
