My complaint:
On 27 November I bought £111.34 worth of ETH and when I checked if it had completed it said the transaction failed yet the funds got took from my bank account, I then tried again later but this time bought £61.14 of ETH and the same thing happened! I am VERY outraged and demand this be solved immediately or I will turn this to a very serious matter. My wallet address is: 0xDF28857d27d871e5E43f843D0389Ad7922F831f0
