My complaint:

I invested a few thousand into 2 coins in April. A month ago I checked my balance and it was 0. I contacted Metamask to ask about it. They asked me about 2 transactions a knew nothing about. I told them that and they never got back to me. I’ve sent a few more emails to them but their replies were very incoherent and delayed. I was super clear on what I wanted and asked them if they needed my support in finding out what happened but they kept asking me unrelated questions…………… It’s so frustrating! There are many people with this same issue as well. It can’t by accident!

Suggested solution:

Just look into my account and find out where my tokens' balance has gone to! If you need me to give you any information just ask for it! I have an extremely strong password and have never given it to anyone. I want my money back!
