My complaint:
I tried to transfer my ETH to my ronin account but it keeps failing even though I’m paying for a 1.5K PHP gas fee and I’m only transferring around 10k PHP. 1.5k PHP is not a small amount of money but no matter how many times I try it, It keeps on failing and they kept on charging me for the failed transactions.
Suggested solution:
I understand that the gas fee is high based on the demand but how about those people who only have a few dollars in their account who want to transfer their money to another wallet? They should at least charge their users based on how much they are transferring to another wallet, not because of the requests filed on their system. I felt I was scammed many times.
