My complaint:
Hello,
I would like to speak to someone from Facebook. The code that was sent to my email was invalid. This then made my account unavailable to log in to my account.
I used another network on VPN services in case our office computer had issues.
You now blocked my account. You asked for an ID and sent you a form of ID. I was still unable to log in to my account as you will not unlock it. I don’t have a photo ID
I provided the other information and still kept my account locked. This is very upsetting for me as I have a group on my Facebook and I’m also a poweradmin unable to access my account now as you have locked my account.

Suggested solution:
Please, give access back to my account this is unfair and no way to contact Facebook or Meta on live chat or any forum of emailing them, improvements need to happen.
