My complaint:
I have been by two Instagram user, first is a person that was on my contact and she’s someone that I personally know and later on I found out that her account was hacked and she never managed to get it back . This person puruade and convinced me to invest £1000, contacting amjoyce this woman on Instagram… She told to buy apple gift cards and send her the number to redeem the money..
My bank has refused to refund the money as I purchased the cards from Sainsbury’s and Morrison and it was a chip and pin transaction….I have with apple support they only refund me £300 because likely 2 of the cards were not redeem yet I still want £700….I have been scammed and this has destroy my life…I thought trust my friend otherwise I wouldn’t pay money like that….I have been betrayed and after they kept trying to hack my account too…. asking me to share the code in my phone…I reported to action fraud and they can’t do anything
Suggested solution:
Please I want my money back, as the scammers used Instagram as platform to scam people and they are keep doing it...
I have got every sort of proof and screenshot conversation, receipts etc....
I can provide more than a picture.....
