My complaint:
I have sold about maybe 10 things on mercari and have a balance of about $110 and as soon as my packages shipped they said that my account was limited for having a new account. So I went to the help center like they said, told them to release my payment because that’s what they said would happen after all transactions were complete. My transactions have been complete for a month and they’re nonexistent customer service were no help, and kept sending me the same automatic message, after i told them to put me in contact with them they never did.
