My complaint:
I was just rated 1 star due to this package not being left at her address. The post office sent me details of the shipment so I knew what happened. She claims I ended up costing her more money. No USPS was not able to leave her package due to not having a safe location to do so. They instead left her a notice to pick up at the post office. I want her nasty rating and comment removed!!! She’s literally the only one who has been ugly.
Suggested solution:
Remove the nasty comment and rating immediately. I've reported to complain.biz as well.
