Mercari complaint: They won’t send my money to my bank account.

My complaint:

I sold an item on Mercari for the first time(and last after my experience)! Everything was great until I tried to get my
money direct deposited to my bank account. It said my bank account details have already been added by another user. I was concerned by this and tried to get an explanation from Mercari. After many, many, many email exchanges, we are back to square one and they will not send my money. I can try to request an instant transfer, but they charge a fee for that and it probably won’t even work. They froze my account until I provided proof of identify and have since lifted that freeze, but I only have one bank account and am new to selling on Mercari. My item was sold, sent and accepted,
but I am unable to get my money from Mercari.

Suggested solution:

Figure out a way to get my money to me without charging any more “fees”!
