My complaint:
I purchased a sink on Mercari. The package came and immediately after picking up I could hear all of the broken pieces. I opened packages and only contents were a kitchen trash bag full small jagged edged porcelain. Contacted Mercari after waiting for short time my issue was denied because they couldn’t find my account which was a complete lie because I use PayPal thinking they would protect me in case of scam. They didn’t help even with me having a excellent purchase history
Suggested solution:
Give me my full refund
