My complaint:
I purchased a camera online but because it didn’t come with batteries or new SIM card I had to wait weeks before receiving these items. By the time my items came in and I tried my camera my camera was malfunctioning and wouldn’t read the pictures. I tried to reach out to Mercari but because I already rated it I lost out on 175.00 plus sh fee 🙁 I invested In used camera because holidays I was hoping to take my own family pics and I got robbed and the items smelled funkier like onions and gas. The item seems like it was stolen property I wrote to Mercari but because I already rated it I lost out on my refund 🙁
