My complaint:
I Sent a Christmas present to my online friend put there name and address and Mercari took my account and has been harassing me for over a week making it impossible to deal with the things that I have already bought I have no way to contact the sellers because they took my account they’re forcing me to give my Internet friends ID when I already sent tons of proof literally pictures of me holding a piece of paper with proof and told them many times I am the one that did it I feel like there being racist because his name is Jouse I can’t give my Internet friends ID out this is so ridiculous I’ve contacted them 20 times I’m about to freak out all over a Christmas present I didn’t even ask them for help if my account was in danger I would’ve contacted them and I didn’t there not listening to me.
Suggested solution:
They should give me my account back and stop wasting my time and there’s over a Christmas present my account is save I cannot verify with his id
