Mercari complaint: The item I purchased which is authenticated by Mercari can’t be re authenticated by Mercari

My complaint:

I purchased an LV bag from Mercari and it was authenticated at that time. Now, I would like to resell it. It failed the authentication.

Suggested solution:

They said the authentication was done by the 3rd party. They can do nothing.
