My complaint:
I sold a brand new Rodan Fields lash serum which mind you is $150 product I sold to this person for only $90!!! She got the product and immediately requested a return and made up some fake claims to be able to send it back. Once I got the item back the buyer sent me a completely different one. It was some old used gross serum. The wording was missing off the tube and it was gross. I showed merari pictures of the one I sent and pictures of the one I was sent back as you can clearly see it was not the same one at all.They approved her return and closed the inquiry siding with her allowing her to steal my item. I called their customer service, reached out through the help desk and havent heard a word back from them since. I am pissed
Suggested solution:
They should make things right by compensating me for my sale Fraud and false claims should not be acceptable.. Also should not dismiss my concerns or completely ignore me.
