My complaint:

I shipped 20 funko pops on Mercari, the buyer claims items arrived damaged from shipping. I had 200 insurance from Mercari label but there claiming I didn’t have them packed properly. The buyer did not provide pictures of my packaging Only the damaged funko pops. They are only going on the word of the buyer that it was improperly packaged.

Suggested solution:

I would like the 200 dollar insurance.
