My complaint:
Back in March I posted an item they seemed as counterfeit. So I never posted item again. Now on may 8 or 9, 2021 after I made platinum level I got a message saying my acct was being limited and closed for posting same item. I did not, last item posted was cape Robbin statement sandals and shipping was hit all while I was being admitted to ICU for covid. I have asked multiple times to show me the listing through my email because my acct was hacked for 5 days. They will not answer and last time they did this it was for something else on their part and apologized for inconvenience they caused me. Even if I had posted a purse which I do not have it did not warrant this. I changed my password 5 times since last Friday. No one will provide me copy of listing.
My account was hacked Friday till yesterday and I have been responding through emails. I never listed an item that mercari deemed illegal. I was in hospital with covid so I let someone hit shipped on some items and upload some cape Robbin sandals. I would not risk platinum level for some item that I do not have. I have asked you to show me proof to verify what I supposedly listed. But you will not. I had one warning back in March or April so why would I go against policies especially when this mess would happen. Statement Sandals were listed 3 times and person may have uploaded a photo they uploaded by accident. I swear I did not list an illegal item and BBB wants to know why you have not shown me what listing also my lawyer said if you are kicking me off you have to show the actual posting. Times are hard so why would I risk all I have earned and you said before warning was not right before so in truth this would have been first time. Please show me what I have done or is mercari so callous to just throw people off under false pretenses ? I did not and could not have advertised a illegal purse I do not have and could not use my acct Since Friday. My acct is verified, and in great rating so why would I jeapordize platinum level ? I need help and they will not give me any proof
Suggested solution:
Provide proof, show me the listing and explain to me I only violated once back in March or April and they apologized and reinstated as if they were wrong. I was in hospital in ICU when all this was going down. I want my acct back I do real good and if person who watched my acct while I was on breathing machine accidentally uploaded the wrong photo then we need to know. They uploaded 2 pairs of cape Robbin sandals not purses.
