My complaint:
Ordered an item in size 5xl women’s. Item came but was CHINESE size 5xl which one needs to add 2-3 sizes to to be the same as American size. Mercari is an American website, therefore any difference SHOULD BE NOTED! The seller knew this as seller said it did not fit them.
Suggested solution:
The seller should be required to take back the item.
