Mercari complaint: Mercari denied my return request

My complaint:

Hi, I bought a jean pants from Mercari but it was not matching to its description of posting. The fit of pants I received was Athletic skinny while nowhere it was mentioned about it. So I requested return because it’s not matching to it’s description but Mercari Staff denied my return case.

Let me know if you need photo of jeans i got.

They should compare the postings or description of seller and compare to what I received. (I already attached photos of item I received. )
