My complaint:

I sold an antique shelf from late 1800’s which I packed extremely well and item was damaged during shipment. Buyer asked for return which she posted plenty of photos of the packaging which there was obvious signs that I shipped it with care and Mercari wants me to just take back this broken item which I have no use for since it can not be repaired. They scam sellers constantly

Suggested solution:

I want the money that I sold it for and not a broken item back
