My complaint:
I received a NEW Litter Robot 4 which I had paid $500 shipping/tax/etc., so roughly $530.00. When it arrived this past Saturday afternoon, I immediately opened it and realized that it was damaged. I immediately researched their site to see what was required to initiate a return or exchange.
I followed the instructions exactly and included all of the various photos that they required. After submitting the return, I had to leave town to visit a sick relative. When I returned home Sunday evening, I saw that I had an email informing me that they denied my return because their policy to receive additional, unnecessary photos within 24 hours of my original return request.
No matter what, they refused a refund or replacement due to this 24 hour period. This makes absolutely NO sense because I sent them 5 photos originally that included everything they needed to see the damage. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would love to be part of a class-action suit against them!
Suggested solution:
Refund my money or provide an undamaged replacement with an apology for such HORRIBLE customer service
