My complaint:
I sold my shoes to this buyer, I had already dropped off the shoes to ups, she sent a cancellation. I told her I’m not sure how I’ll be able to get it back, but I asked her if she can send them back to me once she receives them, and she agreed. A day before she even got the shoes, she used my image and another persons image to sell the shoes. And she resold them, I didn’t mind that she resold them but it’s the fact that she agreed of sending them back instead, she never told me she was gonna resell them. I asked her when i saw the shoes were out for delivery if she was going to send them back and she blocked me.
The pictures below is on her account, I sold the shoes to her for $110, and she resold them for $160
On top of that she sent me offers for the shoes before, and then I asked her to send it again and I’ll accept it, so I’m not sure how she didn’t know they weren’t the right size for her to begin with.
The bottom isn’t letting me attach my photos for proof but her user name is @Elocin51 , her recent post, those are my shoes , she’s using the second picture that I have posted
Suggested solution:
I just want my money, or the shoes back please.
