My complaint:
I sold a LV purse and the person who bought requested a return. Nothing was wrong with my purse and the few flaws were posted and show on the pictures! Mercari NEVER contacted me about anything so i had absolutely no idea what was said or what went on! Anyways so when i received my purse again it was penetrated by cigarettes smoke!!! Mercari still refuses to acknowledge that thats not returning my item in a different state!!!
Suggested solution:
They need to pay for my purse to cleaned or give me some credit !!! Its hard to get rid of cigarette smoke odor that has penetrated!!!
