My complaint:
Notified a Mercari merchant about an error in one of their listings ( mis labeled a model style of a Yankees watch he was selling) He responded with an abusive message. I have just begun making increasing purchases from Mercari and they have all gone very well, but I am not going to keep using a site if this kind of conduct is tolerated.
Text of conversation:
Me: Item pictured is not the Beast edition. The Game Time Beast watch has a locking crown. If you do a search in Mercari for Game time Beast watch you will see that all the other watches including a previously sold Yankees watch, have the locking crown.
Response of merchant:
Richard: Oh thanks I made a mistake I sell both kind you are a very special kind of God’s special person has nothing better to do then waste my time the sad thing is that you can’t afford to buy anything get a life
Suggested solution:
I want no further contact with this Merchant. I would expect Mercari to address this issue with this merchant and familiarize them with your expectations and with your policies
