My complaint:
I am disabled sr citizen in 70s and on a ton of meds for blood pressure etc.
Well, this girl shot my blood pressure sky high!
I order a Big Mac extra onions and 2 sr. citizens diet pops.My slip says12:10 p.m. order 47 7 20 store 24334
This girl was trying to give me a stroke as I was forced to scream at her over and over which was upsetting and whole place hear. She kept saying things like ( I hope there is room) so, hamburger NO onions 1 pop, ) I had to go over and over with this: NO, I said EXTRA onions, 2 diet pope, we have no diet pop , I order again 1 Big Mac EXTRA onions, 2 diet pops sr citizens. we don’t do sr citizens, so I say thats odd and ok what ever, 1 Big Mac 2 pops. large ? NO 2 small pops.
So she repeats my order like this: So One CHEESE burger, to large pops, do you want fries?. FTF !!!!!
I repeat at top of my lungs, can’t you hear ??? Do you need a hearing aid?? She simply looks at me. I yell, where is the manager ?? Hello ??? So screaming, I yell WHERE IS THE MANAGER ???
My heart is now pounding, throat is hurting and I am afraid of a stroke but continue. Turns out the woman who was standing right next to her the whole time is the manager as check out girl tells me she is the manager. I am in shock as she did not care about what was going on and totally ignored the situation and me. So I yell to her ( she is 2 feet from me) that this girl needs a hearing aid, get her away from checkout as she can’t hear. And I am trying to place a order but she wants to give me a cheeseburger and how long since McDonalds stopped sr citizens discounts? She said I don’t know , they never had it. ??? Odd as my friend used to always say sr citizen diet pop but I can’t get any even though when I went over to the machine pop came out of diet pop one.
But this was way later as now screaming to both on my simple order of :
1 BIG MAC, 1 SMALL FRIES ( they wanted to give me large) 2 POPS . and I now don’t care what the hell kind of pop, any pop as throat is killing me from screaming now! Also 2 SMALL POP, she wanted me to pay for LARGE pops.
Whole place heard my screaming but the workers didn’t for some reason and were 2 feet away from me, How strange. I have never has a experience like this and will go on letting people know about it.
I am now home and took to valium for my nerves from these McDonals workers and will spray my sore throat as it hurts. Not used to screaming.
And all they did was look at me and then look around like I was invisable WOW !!!
Suggested solution:
1.lessens in how to treat peoplecustomers as that was a business
2.Act like people , not animals
3.Be polite , helpful, talk nice to the customers
4.Get rid of the girl who pretended she didnt hear me and just looked around
5.Learn her job and what the business offers. Example sr citizen discounts? If they really ran out or didn't sell diet pop.
