My complaint:
I ordered through the app for curbside pickup. Pickup was closed so I was directed to go through drive through. Waited FOREVER. Gave the girl my code, she did not seem to know how to do it so she sent me on to pick up window. The girl stated your order was given to the previous customer I think but we will fix it then a man comes up to the window loudly saying We don’t have your order, you didn’t pay for it! I said yes, it’s already pending in my account, and how would I have a code if you hadn’t received my order? He didn’t even listen just continued to yell and tell me he wasn’t giving me my order, then he had me pull up and wait, he came out telling me rudely to park somewhere else…then he argued some more telling me to just leave because he was refusing me my order!!! I again calmly tried to show him that it had gone through my account. I told him I was going to contact corporate and he then said I will give you your food for free but I don’t have too. He was so incredibly rude I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. Stated he was the owner and his name was Gary. Total JERK!!! So far the charge is still pending for my order so he didn’t give me anything except a hard time. My autistic grandchild was so frightened by his loud screaming that he was curled up into a ball in my backseat. My 80 yr old Mother was with me and we were appalled by his disgusting behavior and lack of professionalism. I want someone to contact me please. This man should NOT be representing the McDonald’s brand in any manner. Hes incredibly mean and full of hostility.
